The ROAR Method
ROAR is not the product. It is the movement engine underneath the work — a rhythm people can use long after the workshop is over and real life returns.
Recognise
What is actually happening? Before reacting, name the real situation — not the story about it, not the version that is easiest to hear.
Own
What do I have, and what is mine to do? Separate what is genuinely within your control from what you have simply inherited or absorbed.
Align
Who and what needs to move with me? Real change rarely happens alone — this is about the people, resources and relationships that need to move in the same direction.
Rise
What is the next useful move? Not the perfect move — the next one. Small enough to actually take.
A rhythm, not a framework you finish.
ROAR shows up underneath Brainology, the four Chapters, the coaching work and the Programs — the same four questions, asked again whenever the room gets complicated.
